Project description: Include the educational and artistic goals of the project and its historical or cultural basis
Physical description: Art medium, size, number of pieces to be exhibited, approximate weight (when applicable), and other special exhibition requirements.
***In addition to submitting this form, please submit photo documentation of your special project through physical mail or email (in JPEG or GIF format) to the addresses below:
VAPA2008@gmail.com (please limit all attachments to 1MB in total size) If emailing a photo of your special project, please write "Special Projects and your school's name" in the subject line and they must be received by the deadline of April 1, 2008.

*The VAPA office is located at the SOTA (School of the Arts) campus in room 370, and all artwork should be dropped off there. DO NOT leave drop off any artwork at the SOTA main office.
All completed entries (entry form + photo documentation) received that meet the criteria for special projects will be juried by a special panel. Once a project is accepted for inclusion in Young at Art 2008, the contact person will be notified of exact dates and locations for drop-off.
